Lorie O'Sullivan

Sommelier and Wine Lover!

Born and raised in the heart of Niagara wine country, now based in Toronto, Canada.

Lorie is currently working towards her Advanced Certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as her diploma with the UK based WSET. Loris has also been a wine judge for Intervin since 2011.

Katy Moore

Sommelier and Wine Importer

Katy earned her WSET Diploma in 2003, Followed by a decade-long career as the Head Sommelier and Beverage Director at the famed Langdon Hall.

Katy now manages private cellars for clients and conducts tasting for private groups, with a focus on importing unique wines from around the world through her wine importing and consulting business, K Cellars.

Will Predhomme

Wine Producer and Sommelier

Sommelier, Wine Producer, Educator, and Entrepreneur; Will has been engaged in the wine business since he was drinking homemade Italian juice with his friends at the age of 19 (or maybe it was 18?), 

Currently, Will is co-producing his own wines in Oregon and South Africa under the Pearce Predhomme Label, and engaging the wine trade through his strategic marketing business.


Scott Zebarth

Sommelier, Writer, and Wine Producer

Sommelier, Writer, Wine Producer and Entrepreneur; Scott is best known for his work with some of the largest restaurant groups in Toronto.

Scott has wine projects in Niagara, Tuscany, Campania, Greece, and Australia. He has contributed to various publications, is a wine judge, and continues to work with various trade organizations for trade-focused marketing activations.
