Once an order has been sent for delivery, we are not able to change the order or change the shipping options, address. If you would like to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us immediately orders@GargoyleNow.com.
gargoylenow.com will ship your order by private courier.
Please allow up to 96 business hours for order processing. Upon checkout, your location will determine the cost of shipping to your area and we may require you to contact orders@GargoyleNow.com to confirm shipping details. The arrival of your order will depend on your geographic location in Canada and the shipping distance from our warehouse.
Please be advised we may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not leave them at the door.)
If your order does not ship or encounters any delays we will contact you by email or phone.
gargoylenow.com will only deliver to registered homes or business addresses and cannot deliver to PO boxes, Community or Group Mailbox’s, CFPO, CFPS, FMO, or any location in which the courier cannot verify the purchaser’s ID upon delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have encountered a faulted product, you must contact orders@GargoyleNow.com for details on returning or exchanging your order. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us directly via email or the contact us form on www.GargoyleNow.com.
Please do not send your returns to Gargoyle without written consent from the GargoyleNow support team.
If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department by email at orders@GargoyleNow.com. All returns must have prior return authorization, a return authorization number and be received within 10 days of receipt. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered.
Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To obtain authorization please email orders@GargoyleNow.com. If you have not received credit for returned goods after the 8-week period please contact our customer service team at orders@GargoyleNow.com.
Please note freight charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
